Full Figured Fashion Week: Part II

Hey guys! So I’m super excited to finally tell you guys about my day two of #FFFWeek. I was selected by Lane Bryant and other amazing bloggers and stylist to assist their conference, where they presented us their new fall collection. I was so honored and glad that out of the many bloggers that had applied I was one of the chosen ones.

            According to the conference the new collection will have a lot of my favorite trends such as blacks and whites for the minimalist, animal prints and faux leather for the divas and many many more options.

            Now back to how exciting it was! I have to admit that I was very nervous being there. I kept repeating in my head how to introduce myself and going over things to talk about to avoid that awkward silence but as soon as I stepped in front of their Flagship store on 34^th street, it was all gone. As I walked up to the store I was greated by some other bloggers who were attending and who were sweet as pie. I met Parker Simmons who immediately invited me to take pictures with her. She is an absolute doll! I also met the fun and sassy Katie along with the adorable Danielle. But I did have a mission for the night. I wanted needed to meet Monique Frausto, Allie McGevna. I have been stalking these two on instagram like a plus-size blogger on a glazed doughnut. I was surprised to see Marcy Guevarra there! She used to work at Marie Claire so it was fun to see a Marie Claire sister. That women is too cute and very inspiring. You can not understand how sweet they all are. Everyone was so sweet and comforting. Trust me there is no love like blogger love.

            After all that fun and meet and greet I headed over to the “Glam Diaries” event where three amazing-professional-celebrity-makeup artist gave us the 411 on the industry and a few makeup tricks. I had fun being there and I cant wait for the next one.
